Chosen by those who move what can’t be replaced.
Not everything you ship can be replaced. Millenium plans every operation before moving the first item: own fleet, in-house team and full accountability, from diagnosis to delivery.
Own fleet, team and carpentry. Nothing subcontracted along the way.
ICEFAT, IAM and ARTIM member. Twenty-eight years moving what leaves no room for error.

The cheapest proposal is rarely the cheapest.
In high-complexity operations, the cost is not in the freight. It is in what happens when someone improvises with assets that can’t be replaced.
Cheap on paper, expensive in the field.
- A fixed quote with no one having seen the site
- Subcontracted crews that change with every job
- Generic packing for any type of item
- Access problems discovered on the day, with work already halted
- Silence during execution, extra costs at the end
- Damage to a one-of-a-kind piece can’t be fixed with a discount
The real cost: damage, delay and downtime, which no discount covers.
Predictable from the first item to the last.
- A site survey before any number
- An in-house team, trained and uniformed
- Packing defined by material and by piece
- Access bottlenecks mapped and resolved in advance
- A single point of contact who follows and updates you
- An itemized quote, with no surprise costs
Before we transport, we understand.
Five stages present in every operation, from a family’s apartment to relocating a data center. It is this method, not the truck, that eliminates damage, delay and downtime.
Request an assessment-
01
Diagnosis
We understand what will be transported, the context and the constraints: timeframe, access, cargo sensitivity and the impact on your routine.
-
02
Technical assessment
We visit the site, map access bottlenecks and define the equipment, team and protection required.
-
03
Strategy
You receive the execution plan with stages, owners and time windows before the operation begins.
-
04
Execution
An in-house team carries out the work, with a single point of contact updating you throughout the process.
-
05
Verification
Placement at the destination, item-by-item check and formal closeout of the operation.
An own fleet removes the weakest link in the chain.
Most failures in specialized transport come from opaque subcontracting: no one knows who drives, who packs, who answers. Here, the answer is always the same team.
Continuous investment in equipment, structure and staff training.
Organized storage, labeled items and access control across all three units.
Multi-address operations, coordinated in-house, without handing management to third parties.
What we guarantee in writing.
Transporting sensitive assets means taking formal responsibility for them. These are the points any procurement team will ask about, and that we answer before you ask.
In the end, what remains is the peace of mind of someone who had nothing to worry about.
Insurance at declared value
Every operation is covered according to the declared value of the cargo, including transport (RCTR-C), loading and unloading (OCD), hoisting (OCD-I) and cargo diversion (RCF-DC), with the policy presented before execution.
ICEFAT, IAM and ARTIM
International accreditations that attest to the standard required in fine art transport and international relocations.
Confidentiality over the operation
No collection, address or client information is disclosed. Many of the projects we carry out will never be made public.
Item-by-item check
Cataloging at origin and a signed check at the destination, which formally closes out the operation.
Satellite monitoring
The fleet is tracked throughout the route, with position available to the team responsible for the project.
Itemized quote
You see exactly what you are paying for at each stage. No generic line items, no cost that shows up at the end.
The word of those who trust us with what can’t be replaced.
and data center
We moved the entire data center without stopping operations. The plan was on the table before the first rack, and there was not a single surprise along the way.
services
We changed headquarters over a weekend. On Monday, the team sat down and worked as if nothing had moved at all.
institution
Every piece left and arrived with the same team, custom-crated. For a collection that can’t be replaced, it is the only way to sleep soundly.
The technical assessment before the quote changed everything. We knew exactly what was going to happen, and that is exactly what happened.
Companies that cannot afford to get it wrong.
Companies with critical operations and demanding procurement teams chose Millenium to move what could not stop.

Questions that always come up.
If yours isn’t here, just ask on WhatsApp. We answer with no obligation to hire.
How long does it take to receive the quote?
We get back to you the same business day to understand the operation. The formal quote is issued after the technical assessment, which is usually scheduled within a few days.
Is there a charge for the technical assessment?
No. The site survey to understand the operation, map access points and size the team and equipment is part of our sales process.
Do you operate outside business hours?
Yes. In corporate relocations, working on weekends, holidays or overnight is often the difference between changing headquarters and shutting the company down for days.
How does the cargo insurance work?
Coverage is based on the declared value of the goods transported. The terms are presented together with the proposal, before the operation begins.
Do you operate outside São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro?
Yes. We operate nationwide from our units in Osasco, Cotia and Rio, with internal coordination on multi-site operations.
How is the price calculated?
By volume, access complexity, type of protection required, equipment needed and timeframe. That is why the site survey precedes the number: quoting without seeing the site is the source of most of the industry’s surprise costs.
Every operation begins with an assessment, not a price.
